Help Pass California Bottled Water Bill!
You have been hearing from us a lot this week – since now is a critical time for California to take action to think outside the bottle.
Yesterday we launched the Think Outside the Bottle Pledge to encourage consumers nationally to choose tap over bottled water. The Pledge also lends support to efforts such as the passage of California’s Bottled Water and Vended Water Accountability Act.
The state bill would make sure that bottled water is held to the same high standards as tap water and that bottlers label the source of their water. Governor Schwarzenegger has until Sunday to sign the bill into law. He needs to hear TODAY from supporters.
